My stay at Best Western Burns Hotel Kensington had its ups and downs. While I appreciated the incredibly friendly staff and the hotel's convenient location near Earls Court station, I found the room to be quite small and lacking in charm. Overall, it was a decent experience but certainly had room for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was quite tiny and felt cramped, especially with my suitcase. Although it was clean, the lack of space made it challenging to move around comfortably. The worn bathtub was a concern for safety as well.
Service

Staff members were genuinely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. They even allowed me to check in early, which was a lovely touch. Their promptness in addressing any questions I had was much appreciated.
Location

The hotel's location couldn't be better, right by Earls Court station, making it easy to get around London. I enjoyed being within walking distance of local shops and dining options, which made my stay more convenient.
Dining
6.0
The continental breakfast included with my stay was decent, offering a variety of options. Though it was nothing extraordinary, it was a satisfactory start to my day.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel featured some basic amenities and a cozy bar area, I noted the absence of a functioning lift to my room on higher floors, which made transporting my luggage a bit of a hassle.

6.4/10

I had a good experience at the Best Western Burns Hotel Kensington. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Earls Court tube station, making it easy to explore London. The room, while clean and tidy, was a bit on the smaller side, and I found the bed a bit lumpy for my taste. However, the freshly cooked breakfast was a highlight of my stay, although I would have liked to see a greater variety of fruit options.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean, but it felt a bit cramped for two people, and the bedding could use improvement with the pillows being hard and the bed slightly lumpy. I appreciated the large en suite bathroom with a roll top bath, though.
Service
8.0
The staff were friendly and very helpful, promptly addressing my needs during my stay. They made the experience more enjoyable and felt very accommodating.
Location

The hotel's location near Earls Court station is one of its biggest assets. I loved that I was close to shops and restaurants, which made it easy for me to find meals or supplies during my stay.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was good and freshly cooked, with the option for a full English breakfast or continental. However, I found it a bit overpriced for what was offered, with just apples available for fruit when I visited.
Facilities

The hotel had good cleanliness standards and offered essential services like housekeeping. I appreciated that the rooms had fans available to help with warmth during the stay.

5.0/10

My stay at Best Western Burns Hotel Kensington was quite satisfactory with its excellent location, just a short walk from Earl's Court station. The hotel offered a cozy bar and dining options, which were convenient after a day of exploring. However, the lack of air conditioning made my room quite warm at times. and some maintenance issues, like a window that didn't close properly, were a bit disappointing.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and well-kept, though it could definitely use some upkeep. I had a few minor issues, like the in-room safe needing new batteries. Additionally, while the bedding was comfortable, I found the space slightly cramped for my luggage.
Service
8.0
I found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful. They were quick to assist with any concerns I had and even provided a socket adapter for a small deposit, which was great. The promptness with which they addressed my needs added value to my experience.
Location
8.0
The location was one of the hotel's strongest points. It was just about a minute's walk from the underground station and provided easy access to museums and other attractions. Plus, there were plenty of food options nearby, from pubs to grocery shops.
Dining
5.0
While the dining options were convenient, I found the breakfast to be a bit underwhelming. The selection was limited, and I missed having fresher fruit options. The evening menu also had half of the items unavailable during my visit, which was disappointing.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered basic amenities like a bar and on-site dining. The common areas were comfortable and clean, though I felt that having a fan available in the rooms would greatly improve comfort during warmer days.

My stay at Best Western Burns Hotel Kensington was quite pleasant overall. The friendly staff and excellent location near Earls Court station made getting around London super easy. However, the room I stayed in was on the smaller side, which made moving around a bit tricky at times.

Overall, my stay at the Best Western Burns Hotel Kensington was a mixed bag. The room was quite small but impeccably clean, and I appreciated the comfortable bedding. However, the hotel definitely showed its age and could use some upgrades. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Earls Court station and nearby shops and restaurants. 🌟🛏️

Rooms

My room was quite small, but it was spotless. The mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, and there wasn't much space for toiletries. I did find the decor quite dated, which detracted from the experience.
Service

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, always available to help with any inquiries I had. I was especially impressed by their willingness to assist with luggage storage.
Location

The hotel's location was excellent! It was just a few minutes' walk from Earls Court station, making it super easy to explore London. There were plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby, adding to the charm of the area.
Dining

Breakfast was decent, with a variety of options like cereals, ham, cheese, and pastries. It was a nice way to start my day, although the overall dining experience could use some improvements.
Facilities

The hotel did provide laundry services and had a cozy bar area, which I found quite pleasant. However, the lift was quite slow, and navigating the stairs felt a bit like a maze.
